This synchronisation occurs whenever internet access is available onboard, bridging the gap between planning and execution. Together, these versions play a pivotal role in enhancing safety and operational efficiency in maritime operations.

General

Basic

The basic module facilitates the definition of loading conditions and the calculation of intact stability, including torsional and longitudinal strength. The results are verified for compliance with regulatory limits, and a complete overview is presented along with comprehensive reports. 

Ballast Distribution ​

Ballast distribution module helps to determine the optimal tank fillings using an iterative optimisation algorithm, aiming to achieve the desired floating status. This algorithm is adaptable, allowing for the incorporation of real-world scenarios through the application of constraints on the methods of tank filling.

Trim Optimisation

The trim optimisation module recommends the optimum trim and potential savings for a given loading condition. It goes further by specifying the required fillings to achieve this optimal trim.

Online ​

The online module facilitates the integration of tank sensors with SecureLoad for real-time tank fillingThe online module can integrate any sensor system supporting the MODBUS communication protocol. 

Hoppe Ballast Control ​

The Ballast Control module interfaces with remote valve control systems to automate the execution of ballast water transfer. It is powered by Hoppe Marine GmbH, the market leader in floating dock control and automation of ballast operations.

Damage Stability

The Damaged Stability module conducts stability and strength assessments for cases of damage using direct calculation methods. Compliance with regulatory limits is also verified, and detailed assessment reports can be generated.

Vessel Specific

General Cargo

The General Cargo module simplifies the management of Tween Decks and Hatch Covers in the definition of loading conditions. The module includes predefined storage and operational configurations and also offers the flexibility to define custom configurations. 

Grain/Bulk Cargo

The Grain and Bulk module facilitates the definition of bulk and grain loading within configurable cargo holds. It assesses grain loading conditions to ensure compliance with the grain code. 

Crane

The Crane module simulates the cargo loading using single or tandem cranes. Crane position can be defined manually or automatically calculated based on cargo positions. The module also performs loss of load calculations during crane operations and verifies compliance per regulatory limits.  

Container ​
The Container module provides an interactive platform for positioning containers of any size, incorporating a comprehensive suite of loading options and BAPLIE data exchange capabilities. It facilitates the assessment of container lashings to ensure secure and efficient stowage. Additionally, the module supports loading dangerous goods, complete with validations against the International Maritime Dangerous Goods (IMDG) Code, enhancing safety and compliance.
Load-In Load-Out

The module simplifies automated ballast and pump capacity calculations along with stability assessments for load-in load-out operation types up to category 1 (tide and weather restricted). Additionally, the module includes checks for stalled conditions and the generation of detailed reports (ballast sheets). 

Float-On Float-Off

Fi-Fo module facilitates the simulation of the loading of floating cargo. It automatically calculates floating draft, hinge loads, required ballast, pump capacities, as well as stability and strength assessments. Hydrostatic properties are auto-calculated for watertight mesh-based cargo and can also be defined if known. 

Tanker

The tanker module facilitates the generation of accurate ullage reports for cargo by applying corrections for temperature and density in accordance with ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials) and API (American Petroleum Institute) tables.

DXF Exporter

The DXF Exporter module allows for easy generation of stowage plans in DXF (Drawing Exchange Format) format from loading conditions. This module offers drawing customisations, enhancing the efficiency and precision of stowage planning. 

Cargo Acceleration

The Cargo Acceleration module calculates the acceleration experienced by cargo, following IMO and DNV guidelines. This essential data supports further lashing computation, and cargo engineering efforts, ensuring the safety and stability of the cargo.

The Cargo Lashing module assists in planning cargo lashing in 3D by easily defining lashing equipment and the computation of forces acting upon them. It ensures secure stowage by accurately modelling and analysing the interaction between cargo and lashing equipment under various conditions.
